At Elite Medical Group Staffing, we provide the benefits that allow you to focus on what you do best—care for patients.
Aggressive Compensation EMG Staffing knows that if you are away from your family and friends than you should get paid well for your time away. We pay handsomely for your efforts. Pay rates are base on experience and location of assignment.
Health, Dental, and Vision plans are available to all full-time employees that work at least 32 hours per week for 60 days prior to enrollment and complete their assignments successfully. Coverage will continue as long you are an employee of Elite Medical Group Staffing.
License and Certification Reimbursement—EMG Staffing will reimburse your cost, up to $200.00 to secure state licenses and other credentials necessary to complete assignments for EMG Staffing.
Tax Free Reimbursement—National Travel
- Housing—EMG Staffing will pay a housing allotment of up to $1,600.00 per month for housing. Actual allotment amounts will vary based on the location (state and city) of the assignment.
- Meals—EMG Staffing will pay $30 per day when employees are on assignment.
- Travel—EMG Staffing will pay up to $400.00 for roundtrip travel to assignments. If you decide to take your own car EMG Staffing will pay $0.40 per mile up to $400.00.
- Rental Car—On travel assignment lasting more than 3 weeks. EMG Staffing will reimburse rental car expense up to $600.00 per month.
Professional Liability Insurance is provided by EMG Staffing. Whenever you are working for us, you are "covered", at no cost to you.
Loyalty Bonus—EMG Staffing will pay a loyalty bonus of $750 to employees who work 1000 hours in a 6 month period. Loyalty bonus will be pay out semi annually. Loyalty bonuses are unlimited.
Referral Bonus—When you refer a friend or colleague to EMG Staffing you will receive a $250.00 referral bonus after your referral has completed 300 hours or a 13-week assignment. For each additional referral, you will receive $350.00 after your referral has completed 300 hours or a 13-week assignment.
Anytime contact 24/7—When you begin an assignment for EMG Staffing you are assigned a personal recruiter which is your single point of contact for all your questions or issues while on assignment. Your personal recruiter is available to you 24/7. You are never alone while with Elite Medical Group Staffing.
